# Daily Report

> AI-generated daily snapshot of your QA activity

The Daily Report page shows an AI-generated summary of recent QA activity, with recommendations linked back into coaching and training workflows.

## Start with Recommendations

Use the top recommendations to decide what needs attention first.

Recommendations can be team-wide or tied to an individual agent. Each recommendation is prioritized by impact and may link directly to the relevant Coaching, Monitoring, or Training page when EmberQA can match it to an action.

## Check the Daily Snapshot

Use **At a Glance** for the day's average QA score, total calls analyzed, and red flag count.

This is the quickest way to see whether today looks normal before reviewing details.

## Review Standouts and Coaching Needs

Use **Standout Agents** to recognize high performance.

Use **Coaching Opportunities** to find agents and metrics that need follow-up. For agent users, this section appears as **Improvement Areas** and only shows their own data.

## Review Red Flags

Use the red flag summary to see which issues appeared during the day and how often they occurred.

## Report Generation

Reports are generated automatically. The report creation timestamp appears at the top of the page.
