# Getting Started

> Log in and navigate EmberQA

## Logging In

1. Go to [app.emberqa.com](https://app.emberqa.com)
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click **Sign In**

  Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen to receive a reset link.

## Find Your Way Around

Use the sidebar on the left to move between the main areas of the app.

* Use **Dashboard** and **Daily Report** for day-to-day review
* Use **Analytics**, **Coaching**, **Training**, and **Monitoring** for performance follow-up
* Use **Rubrics**, **Red Flags**, and **Alerts** to define what should be scored, flagged, or sent out
* Use **Upload** to submit files manually
* Use **Account Settings** to manage users, teams, metadata, scoring, and billing
