# Overview

> Welcome to EmberQA

EmberQA uses AI to score calls and documents against your criteria, extract structured workflow data, and turn results into coaching, monitoring, and training work.

## What You Do in EmberQA

Most work follows the same loop:

1. Define what good performance means with rubrics, red flags, and alerts
2. Submit calls, documents, or workflow files
3. Review results in Dashboard, Daily Report, Workflows, and Analytics
4. Use Coaching, Training, and Monitoring to follow up
5. Keep users, teams, metadata, scoring, and billing settings current

<Tip>
Your visible pages depend on your organization's feature gates and your team permissions.

## Key Concepts

* **Rubric**: scoring criteria with weighted pass/fail metrics
* **Red Flag**: an auto-detected issue that should be reviewed or trigger an alert
* **Workflow**: document processing that extracts structured data
* **Team**: the user grouping used for permissions, filtering, and reporting
* **Training**: ordered learning, review, simulation, and quiz modules assigned to agents
* **Monitoring**: goal-based follow-up that tracks whether agents are improving on selected metrics

## Quick Start

1. Set up your [Rubrics](/app-guide/rubrics) (what you want to score)
2. [Upload](/app-guide/upload) recordings or documents
3. View results in the [Dashboard](/app-guide/dashboard)
4. Use [Coaching](/app-guide/coaching), [Training](/app-guide/training), or [Monitoring](/app-guide/monitoring) to act on the results
