Report Sections
1. Recommendations
Two categories of AI-generated recommendations:
- Team-wide - Trends affecting multiple agents or the whole team, with severity levels (High, Medium, Low)
- Individual - Specific action items for individual agents, prioritized by impact
Click the arrow icon next to any recommendation to jump to the relevant Coaching or Training page.
2. At a Glance
Quick metrics for the day:
- Average QA Score - Team average with trend description
- Total Calls Analyzed - Number of calls scored
- Red Flags - Count of calls with red flags
3. Standout Agents
Agents with notably high performance, showing their average score and call count.
4. Coaching Opportunities
Agents and specific metrics where they’re struggling. Shows failure count and miss rate for each metric.
For agent users, this section appears as “Improvement Areas” and shows only their own data.
5. Red Flags
Summary of red flag alerts from the day, including alert type, description, severity, and affected count.
Report Generation
Reports are generated automatically and show data from the previous 24 hours. The report creation timestamp appears at the top of the page.
