The Upload page lets you submit files for processing. Use the tabs to choose what type of files you’re uploading.

Call Processing

Upload audio files for call QA scoring.
  • Formats: MP3, WAV
  • Limit: Up to 50 files, max 50MB total

Document Processing

Upload documents for document QA scoring.
  • Formats: PDF, TXT, MD, RTF, PNG, JPG
  • Limit: Up to 20 files, max 50MB total

Workflow Processing

Upload files for workflow extraction (data extraction from documents).
  • Formats: PDF, TXT, MD, RTF, PNG, JPG
  • Limit: Up to 200 files, max 50MB total
You’ll need to select an extraction template before uploading workflow files.

How to Upload

  1. Select the appropriate tab for your file type
  2. Drag and drop files, or click to browse
  3. (For workflows) Select an extraction template
  4. Click Upload
After upload completes, you’ll be redirected to the appropriate dashboard to view results.

API Upload

For programmatic uploads, click the API Docs button (available on the Call Processing tab) to see webhook integration options. See also:
