The Upload page lets you submit files for processing. Start by choosing what you want EmberQA to do with the files.

Choose the Upload Type

Use Call Processing for call QA scoring. You can upload MP3 or WAV files, up to 50 files per batch and up to 100MB per file. Use Document Processing for document QA scoring. You can upload PDF, TXT, MD, RTF, PNG, or JPG files, up to 20 files per batch and up to 100MB per file. Use Workflow Processing when you want to extract structured data from documents. You can upload PDF, TXT, MD, RTF, PNG, or JPG files, up to 200 files per batch and up to 100MB per file. Workflow uploads require an extraction template and workflow run ID before upload. You can optionally associate the workflow batch with an agent.

Upload Files

  1. Select the appropriate tab for your file type
  2. Drag and drop files, or click Browse Files
  3. For call uploads, choose the call direction or leave it on your organization default
  4. For call uploads, add batch metadata if needed
  5. For workflows, select an extraction template and enter a workflow run ID
  6. Click Upload
After upload completes, you’ll be redirected to the appropriate dashboard to view results.

Add Call Direction and Metadata

Call uploads include an Upload Settings section:
  • Call Direction - Use organization default, Inbound, or Outbound. The selected value applies to every file in the batch.
  • Upload Metadata - Dashboard metadata fields appear by default. You can add other key-value pairs and they will apply to every file in the batch.
Text metadata fields can use existing values or new values. Number metadata fields must contain valid numbers, and duplicate metadata keys are blocked before upload.
