Use the Scoring tab in Account Settings to control when a call is considered too short to score reliably. If a call falls below any configured minimum, EmberQA marks it as a short transcription and excludes it from scoring.

Set Short-Call Rules

Use these settings to avoid scoring calls that do not contain enough conversation to evaluate fairly. The default thresholds are:
  • Minimum Word Count: 50 words
  • Minimum Call Duration: 30 seconds
  • Minimum Speaker Exchanges: 2 exchanges
Raise thresholds if short calls are still being scored when they should be excluded. Lower them only if legitimate calls are being marked too short.

Updating Scoring Configuration

  1. Open Account Settings > Scoring
  2. Update one or more threshold values
  3. Click Save Changes
Use Discard Changes to reset the form back to the currently saved configuration.
